FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON

In 2014 the Holy See and the Republic of Cameroon, under the leadership of H.E. Mr. Paul BIYA, President of the Republic of Cameroon, signed a historic Framework agreement. The agreement provides a juridical framework for cooperation in the fields of education, health care and human development, amongst others. Catholic institutions are open to all without discrimination on the basis of the religious affiliation, ethnicity or origin of the individual.  The Church strives for integral human development based on the individual’s right to the freedom of conscience.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH THE REPUBLIC OF EQUATORIAL GUINEA

In 2013 the Holy See and the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, under the leadership of H.E. Mr. Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, signed a historic Framework agreement. The agreement provides a juridical framework for cooperation in the fields of education, health care and human development, amongst others. Catholic institutions are open to all without discrimination on the basis of the religious affiliation, ethnicity or origin of the individual.  The Church strives for integral human development based on the individual’s right to the freedom of conscience.
