Planting Peace

Planting Peace in the minds and hearts is an ongoing photo exhibition, hosted permanently at the Apostolic Nunciature in Yaoundé. This exhibition marks a significant milestone in the Planting Peace campaign, an initiative that began in Cameroon to ignite essential dialogue about the urgent need for peace in our country's conflict-affected regions.

At the very core of this movement are the children—the most vulnerable among us—whose heartfelt plea for peace resonates deeply. The Planting Peace campaign is a meaningful collaboration between the Piarist Fathers and the visual storyteller, Emily Pinna. Their combined efforts have created a powerful platform for raising awareness and inspiring change.

As the apostolic nuncio I have endorsed this campaign and have contributed to its growing international recognition. Through dedication and commitment, Planting Peace has expanded beyond national borders, and we are now actively exploring the opportunities to launch a global Planting Peace campaign that will extend the reach of this vital message.
